MOF re-visited
Was at AMK Hub again few days back and decided to go MOF for a relaxing afternoon tea after reminiscing the clear and refreshing Sencha tea.
This time round I ordered Houjicha tea which the menu describes as "Green tea from Japan that is rendered brown by roasting Bancha tea leaves over charcoal".
